U.S. Update: Things are starting to change
FXstreet.com Independent Analyst Team − U.S. indexes opened to the downside and remain in negative territory, while gold lost some ground and quotes around $ 1112/oz, as gloomy global sentiment still prevails, helping the dollar to make gains against most other counterparts, still a corrective movement and far from a trend change: dollar bearish tone due to general speculation that its status as the world's dominant reserve currency may be lost is not yet over, particularly after past week unemployment rate 10.2% reading.
Above 90.30 area pair should accelerate, to hold the bias by FXstreet.com Independent Analyst Team
Bigger time frames however, support further upside recoveries, as current candle is crossing 20 SMA with strength to support bias.
GBPUSD: Pressured To The Downside by FXTechstrategy
The pair could be on its way to a third−day of weakness as its loss of upside momentum at the 1.6842 level, its Nov 09'09 high continues to put it under pressure. It was seen in early trading today...

Friday Notes - Trade deficit to widen again slightly by UniCredit Group
Crude oil prices fell by about 4% between August and September. But this should have been more than offset by a rebound in the quantity of imported oil, which dropped by more than 10% in August. Excluding petroleum products, the trade balance was probably little changed as exports and imports were both lifted by the solid recovery of the US and global economy in autumn.

Indicators have both their advantages and their disadvantages. Most new traders think that all that is needed to be consistently profitable in the Forex markets is to follow the signals of when to buy and sell when the indicator gives them, and then the rest will just work itself out.
