Pair reached a fresh intra−year high at 1.4875
Turtle Futures − Sending RSI to overbought levels, now at 72 despite pair has retreat from mentioned high. Momentum remains strong and healthy, while 20 SMA starts also to gain upside slope. Bigger time frames had also turned bullish ahead of U.S. opening. Above current high, pair has room to extend upside movement to next key level, 1.4920 area.
Pound pushed to new lows on low UK inflation reading by Saxo Bank
The pound reached new lows for the cycle vs. the Euro after the inflation data today failed to trigger any notion that the BoE would begin to fret the implications of the weak pound and its effect on inflation.
Shooting Star Candle Halts Recovery by Saxo Bank
The pair reversed its intra day gains and closed lower on Monday printing a shooting star candle(top reversal signal).
