Tech Trading: GBP/USD Post BOE rate decision by César B. Leiceaga
BOE decision to keep rates unchanged hasn't resolved cable's consolidation pattern (rectangled area on chart). The mid term trend still remains bullish and in my opinion we could see more upside over the coming days until 1,6660 − 1,6700 resistance area.

Pair regained upside after BOE, yet halted around key 1.6660/70
FXstreet.com Independent Analyst Team − Pair regained the upside strongly after BOE leave rates and QE unchanged, yet halted around key 1.6660/70 resistance zone. Rally seems over extended in the hourly, with indicators pointing for some downside corrective movement, that should hold above the 1.6600/10 area to retain the bullish bias. Under 1.6550 pair could resume downtrend for the rest of the day.

U.S. Update: First warning by FXstreet.com
Majors are far from yesterday's high, despite gold and stocks; due to the overbought state most currencies have against greenback this seems to be a logical corrective movement.
