EUR/USD: Indicators suggest further falls under 1.3950

FXstreet.com Independent Analyst Team − Holding just above 1.3950 support zone, also 20 SMA in eh hourly, the pair failed to regain the 1.400 level and come back to test support zone. Turning bearish in the hourly, indicators suggest further falls under mentioned support zone, as momentum is cutting 100 line to the downside while RSI approaches to 50 line. If support holds, a retest of 1.4000 seems likely in the next hours. Support levels: 1.3910 1.3880 1.3840. Resistance levels: 1.3970 1.4000 1.4045.

Friday Notes - We expect headline inflation to ease further to 1.8% for June by UniCredit Group

We expect headline inflation to ease further to 1.8% for June. The disinflation process is widespread. Core inflation should have eased to 1.5% from the previous 1.6%; and another downward contribution should come from non−core components, as fuel and food prices, though rising month−over−month, will benefit from a favorable base effect.
