Although the jobless rate breached 9% for the first time since 1983, hitting a 25 year high of 9.4 percent, there is no question that the labor market has hit a bottom.

Dollar is back and the pair clearly bearish. Long term ascendant trend line at 1.4070 zone, along with yesterday's low, and 200 EMA are holding the downside, yet seems it won't last: indicators suggest some south continuation for the next hours, although some corrections could take place.

Friday Notes - Germany, New Orders: Slump in demand halted by UniCredit Group
Following six consecutive months of dramatic declines in new orders, March brought a strong rise m−o−m. The reading was, however, influenced positively by a disproportionately large number of big ticket orders. Hence, we expect April to bring another downward correction. All in all, however, an imminent stabilization in the order situation has become increasingly likely.
