Risk Aversion to Dominate after Exceptionally Poor Job Report from US and Canada
USD/JPY dives to as low as 91.59 in early US session and further decline is still expected to retest 90.92 low. Sustained break there will confirm that medium term fall from 110.66 has resumed However, note that the lack of impulsive structure of the fall from 100.54 so far is still arguing that it might be part of the consolidation that started at 90.92. Above 93.46 will turn intraday outlook neutral first. Further break of 95.74 resistance will indicate that fall from 100.54 has possibly completed.

The dollar headed for a decline against the yen, its longest losing streak in four years, before a U.S. government report that economists say will show the unemployment rate rose to the highest level since 1993.

Cable tested and nearly broke the 1.4500 handle support yesterday but recovered in Asian trading and is continuing this move in European morning trading.
