1,2670. USD CAD broke 1,2420 resistance. USD CAD is in an uptrend supported by 1H exponential moving averages. The volatility rises. Bollinger bands are deviated. ForexTrend 1H, 4H, daily (Mataf Trend Indicator) is in a bullish configuration. 1H, 4H ForexSto (Modified Stochastic) indicate a bullish pressure on USD CAD. The uptrend should continue on 1,3000 resistance (330 pips).

Mid−Day Forex Technical Report − Swiss Franc Sold Off after Surprised SNB 100bps Cut by ActionForex.com

USD/CHF's rise extends further to as high as 1.2226 today and at this point, intraday bias remains on the upside as long as 1.2097 minor support holds. Further rise is still expected to next target of 100% projection of 1.0693 to 1.1746 from 1.1208 at 1.2261.

Initial jobless claims jumped by 32k to 516k in the week ending November, the highest level since September 2001 in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks. We expect jobless claims to remain above 500k in the near future, and they might only have fallen slightly to 510k in the week ending 15 November.
