EURO and GBP rised during Japanese session and slowly making the swings in the middle level.GBP however has made more drop and cut the low when compared to EURO and that could create more uncertanity whether there could be rise or further drop in them.

The volatility decreases. Bollinger bands are flat. ForexTrend 4H, daily (Mataf Trend Indicator) is in a bearish configuration. The price should find a support above 1,2670 (71 pips). If the support is broken then the target will be 1,2500 (241 pips). We are waiting for a break of the support to take a short position.

Moreover, the development of the ISM new orders component indicates a decline in factory orders, as the graph shows. We thus expect total factory orders to have fallen by about 0.5% mom in September. The August decline could be revised from –4.0% to –4.5% mom.
