Cable continues to engage in choppy sideway trading in tight range above 1.9363 today. Outlook remains unchanged. Downside momentum continues to diminish as seen in bullish convergence condition in 4 hours MACD and RSI. While further decline could be seen, downside is still expected to be contained by 1.9337 low and bring rebound.

EMU economic indicators - German GDP is expected to have soared in Q1 by BHF−Bank
March EMU industrial production is expected to have decreased somewhat, just like the average of the corresponding national figures. Following its usual seasonal pattern, the EMU trade balance will probably have improved in March.

US Philadelphia Fed manufacturing index improves within weakness in May (FXstreet.com)
Manufacturing activity in the Philadelphia Fed area has improved in may from April, although it still remains in weak levels, manufacturers, however seem some more optimistic about the future, according to data released by the Philadelphia Fed.
