EUR/USD's recovery was limited at 1.5701 and weakens again. At this point, intraday bias remains on the downside as long as 1.5701 minor resistance holds. As discussed before, failure below 1.5902 and subsequent sharp fall indicates that consolidation from 1.5902 is still in progress. Further fall is still expected to retest 1.5342 support before completing the consolidation.

Friday Notes - Lessons from prior banking crises by HVB Group
The strong correction in new orders at the turn of the year followed a phase with an exceptionally high number of big ticket orders. Overall, the order situation remains solid so far. The latest business surveys also argue against a strong decline in the order dynamic in the short term. For that reason, we expect February to again bring a moderate increase m−o−m.

US ISM Mar Non−Mfg Composite Index 49.6 Vs Feb 49.3 (Dow Jones)
U.S. services activity showed a modest pick up in March, inching its way back toward growth territory in a stagnant economy. The Institute for Supply Management reported that its February non−manufacturing composite index moved to a reading of 49.6 from 49.3 in February and 44.6 in January.
