Technical Summary for Majors − Continues steady recovery from 1.9386 by Windsor Brokers Ltd

Continues steady recovery from 1.9386, 07 Feb higher low, following an earlier sharp reversal from 1.9957, 30 Jan yearly high. Succession of higher lows off 1.9386 keeps short−term bulls in play, with current break above 1.9554/29, today's/11 Feb former highs and 1.9585, opens way for correction towards 1.9633, before leaving possible lower top for fresh downmove. Upside clearance of 1.9633/56 zone would trigger stronger recovery.

UK CPI rises 2.2% on the year in January on petrol prices (FXstreet.com)

Petrol prices have fuelled UK consumer inflation in January, together with food prices, which have pushed yearly CPI somewhat above the Bank of England's upper limit for price stability, according to the latest figures by national Statistics.
