After being supported by mentioned 1.9645 cluster support (50% retracement of 1.9337 to 1.9957 at 1.9647), cable recovered strongly but after all, the recovery is still limited by 4 hours 55 EMA and below 1.9824 resistance. Outlook remains neutral for the moment. On the downside, firm break of 1.9645 cluster support will confirm that rebound from 1.9337 has completed at 1.9957 and bring retest of this low.

US factory orders post the highest increase on record in December (FXstreet.com)
New orders for manufactured products have grown slightly below expectations but yet at their fastest pace since records are taken in 1992, posting their sixth increase of the last seven months, according to data released by the Commerce Department.
