Market Session Recaps − London Session by FOREX.com
GBPUSD was sold down to 2.0400, a full 150 pips from pre−data levels. At this time, the important November UK PMI Services index was released. Again, the market was greeted with a weaker−than−expected result (51.9 vs. 52.9 consensus). In a climactic sell off to a low near 2.0350, Cable had forfeited 200 pips in only 90 minutes. Mercifully, sellers relented and the pair found a home in the 2.0350−00 range.
