Dollar remains steady in range in early US session. Conference Board consumer confidence dived further from 95.6 to 87.3 in Nov., lowest since the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in Oct 05. S&P/Case−Shiller Q3 house price index dropped another 4.5%, sharpest drop since the index began in 1987.
