
CFTC approves approves changes requested by the NFA by FXstreet.com
NFA has received notice that the Commodity Futures Trading Commission has approved changes to NFA Financial Requirements Section 11 and the Interpretive Notice entitled "Forex Transactions." The amendments increase the minimum net capital requirement for Forex Dealer Members (FDMs) to $5,000,000.

Technical Summary for Majors − Remains in an uptrend from 111.60 by Windsor Brokers Ltd
Remains in an uptrend from 111.60, 17 Aug low, though 116.00/62 area still offers strong resistance, with several attempts there having failed. However, succession of higher lows keeps the upside in focus, with the latest one off 114.68, last Friday's low, now attempting at 116.00.
