Cable's break of 2.0556 minor support indicates a short term top is in likely place at 2.0652, with bearish divergence condition in 4 hours MACD and RSI. Intraday bias is still on the downside and further decline is expected to be seen to short term rising trend line (now at 2.0376).

The Federal Reserve's latest report on regional economic conditions will be scrutinized by Wall Street on Wednesday for any indications that the housing slowdown is affecting the broader economy. The Fed's so-called Beige Book report, named because of the color of the report's cover, is published eight times a year.

US June existing home sales fall 3.8 pct to 5.75 mln annual rate (Thomson Financial News)
Existing home sales in the US fell even faster than expected in June, although median existing home prices rose from the prior year for the first time in nearly a year, according to the National Association of Realtors. Existing home sales fell 3.8 pct in June to a 5.75 mln unit annual pace.
