Mid-Day Forex Technical Report - Dollar Extends Weakness after PCE, CAD Sold off from New 30 Yr High by ActionForex.com
EUR/USD's rally from 1.3262 finally resumes in early US session today by breaking through 1.3481 resistance, reaching as high as 1.3518 so far. At this point, intraday bias remains on the upside as long as 1.3481 resistance turned support holds. Next upside target will be 1.3553 resistance.

Friday Notes - Inflation risks still skewed to the upside by HVB Group
After a strong rise in May, we expect manufacturing PMI to decline to 54, with some deceleration in the output component, after the modest May gain. The price index is also likely to decline from the peak registered in May.

Chicago PMI Slips In June, Still Shows Economic Growth (Dow Jones)
Manufacturing activity in the Chicago area fell slightly in June, but remained at a high enough level to suggest that the economy will strengthen over the next year. The National Association of Purchasing Management-Chicago said Friday that its manufacturing index for the heavily industrialized region fell to 60.2 in June.

DATA SNAP: US May Personal Income Up Less Than Expected (Dow Jones)
The income of Americans resumed rising in May but the increase was less than expected, while their spending remained steady at a solid rate of growth as a key price gauge dipped. Personal income rose at a seasonally adjusted rate of 0.4% compared to the month before, the Commerce Department said Friday.
