USD/JPY has tested 121.80 first Resistance earlier today. Price has broken beyond 121.50 previous crucial that opens territory for further upmove beyond 122.20 previous high towards 122.50 in longer term. First Resistance comes at 121.80. On downside, first Support comes around 121.50 ahead of 120.80 bottom.Look to buy on pullback for test of 122.20 and 122.50.

We expect industrial production to show no change in April. Recent releases of major factory surveys show a moderate loss of momentum, which we interpret as a cyclical slowdown. Production numbers tend to reflect this, but the growth rate remains solid enough to guarantee above-trend GDP expansion also in Q2.

European Market Update - UK May PPI rose above estimates by Trade The News

In the UK May PPI input rose to 1.2% m/m and to 1.2% y/y, above estimates of 0.6% and 1.2% respectively. The rise in PPI input was largely attributed to a rise in the prices of imported parts, equipment and metal.
