Mid-Day Forex Technical Report - Dollar Take a Breath after Strong Rally by ActionForex.com
EUR/USD's sharp decline from 1.3553 extends further to as low as 1.3320 today, taking out mentioned 1.3364 cluster support (38.2% retracement of 1.2865 to 1.3681 at 1.3369). This confirms short term bearishness and that the whole decline from 1.3681 has resumed. At this point, as long as 1.3391 resistance holds, further decline is expected to follow.

U.S. April trade gap, narrower than expected (FXstreet.com)
U.S. Trade deficit decreased larger than expected in April due to a sharp drop on foreign made consumer goods, and a slight increase on exports, as the latest data by the Commerce Department shows. The U.S. trade deficit decreased 6.2% to $58.50 billion from downwardly revised $62.39 billion euro on the previous month, previously estimated as $63.89 billion.
