Daily Forex Forecast - EUR/USD has risen towards 1.3460 by FXDream
EUR/USD has risen towards 1.3460 first immediate Resistance earlier today. Now markets are waiting for US Existing Home Sales at 14:00 GMT. The consensus is at 6.10 mln. If the number comes out at 6.30 mln or higher retest of 1.3410 bottom may be seen later today and even 1.3370 in mid term.

Friday Notes - Risk of rising inflation expectations by HVB Group
The introduction of tuition fees in several German states put additional significant pressure on prices in April. In May, in contrast, the increase in consumer prices should be more moderate again, despite higher gasoline and travel as well as hotel prices. The y-o-y rate will probably be virtually unchanged at just below the 2% mark. But the trend is up.

Sales of existing homes decreased larger than expected in April to the lowest sale pace of the latest four years, in another sign that the house slump is not over yet, according to data released by the National Association of Realtors.
