Mid-Day Forex Technical Report - Dollar Extends Rally by ActionForex.com
EUR/USD's fall resumes after recovery was limited at 1.3525. Breaking of 1.3461 support, EUR/USD has now reached as low as 1.3435, touching 55 days EMA (now at 1.3438) as expected. At this point, the fall from 1.3609 should still be in force as long as 1.3525 holds and further decline is expected to follow towards 100% projection of 1.3681 to 1.3461 from 1.3609 at 1.3389.

In May, German ZEW economic sentiment might improve for the sixth consecutive time. The ifo business expectations in the German business sector, the US ISM index and the DAX performance index have all gone up.

DATA SNAP: UK's April PSNB Lower Than Expected (Dow Jones)
The U.K. government started the new fiscal year with lower net borrowing than expected in April, figures from the Office for National Statistics showed Monday. The public sector borrowed GBP1.1 billion in April, ONS said, below expectations from economists surveyed by Dow Jones Newswires for a deficit of GBP1.5 billion.
