US Government is still worried about inflation, but it's not probable that a rate hike is given on the 9th May's Meeting. The last hike was seen on June '06 when they hiked to the actual 5.25%. Economic growth has slowed down noticeably in the past months but it is not strong enough yet to put pressure on the Fed to cut rates.

ECONOMIC REPORT: U.S. March Wholesale Inventories Rise 0.3% On Petroleum (Dow Jones)
Inventories at U.S. wholesalers rose by 0.3% in March, led mostly by a 3.1% increase in petroleum inventories, the Commerce Department reported Tuesday. The move follows a revised increase of 0.4% in February and is up 8.1% from a year ago.
