Daily Forex Technical Report - Dollar Focuses on ISM, Aussie Surges on Rate Speculation by ActionForex.com
Aussie surged to new 10 year high against dollar after stronger than expected retail sales data which rose by 0.9% in Feb, more than double of 0.4% consensus. This is fueling more speculation that RBA will raise rate by 25bps later this week to bring the overnight cash rate to 6.50%.

Friday Notes - ECB to hike key rate to 4.50% by HVB Group
In March, we expect a slight rise in the eurozone services PMI to 57.7 from the previous 57.5. The mild deceleration in manufacturing doesn’t seem to have spilled over to the service sector yet. Taking into account the historical low in the unemployment rate, which underpins consumption growth, services PMI will confirm the good shape of the eurozone economy.

DATA SNAP: Energy Pushes Euro-Zone Producer Prices Higher (Dow Jones)
Price pressures at the euro zone's factory gates picked up in February as energy producers raised their tariffs for the first time since July. Producer prices rose 0.3% on the month and were up 2.9% on February 2006, data from the European Union statistics agency Eurostat showed Tuesday.
