Forex Trading Strategies - All Eyes on the FOMC by Saxo Bank
In Britain, the GBP fell against the USD, EUR and JPY after the BoE minutes showed an 8-1 vote to keep the benchmark rate at 5.25 pct. Yesterday the pound rose after the high CPI and RPI added inflationary pressure to the GBP. Despite the minutes, we expect to see some more GBP strength this year. For the GBPUSD, keep an eye on the 1.9680 level for resistance and 1.9550 for support.
