There has been a very sharp fall in the GBP-USD today due to its continued decline against EUR and JPY. In fact, GBP-JPY has fallen by approximately 500 pips today. These positive news will more than compensate for the slight slowdown in household consumption (0.5% q-o-q our bet), and the negative contribution from inventories.

DATA SNAP/ISM Non-Manufacturing: Service Growth Cools In February (Dow Jones)
The U.S. service sector continued to grow in February, albeit more slowly than economists had expected. A report from the Institute for Supply Management said Monday that the private research group's non-manufacturing index, which is made up mostly of service-related companies, moved to a reading of 54.3, from 59.0 in January and 56.7 in December.
