FXstreet.com (San Francisco) - Stocks on Wall Street reversed yesterday’s losses and managed to close higher Tuesday as investors look to Wednesday’s ruling by Germany's top court on whether to halt the ratification of the ESM Treaty and the Fiscal Pact, and whether the FOMC will announce new stimulus. The Dow added 69.07 points, or 0.5% to 13,323.36, recording its highest finish since December 2007. The Nasdaq gained less than a point to 3,104.53. The S&P 500 closed 4.48 points, or 0.3% higher at 1,433.56.
