FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - The US Stock market climbed higher Friday, as earning season continued with several and the knee jerk reaction passing over the fate of Apple. Beginning with the indices and composites, the NASDAQ rose +0.66% as it settles in region of 3151.02, up +20.66 points in these moments. In addition, the S&P 500 is trading in positive territory, operating at 1507.67, gaining +6.96 points or +0.47% at the time of writing. Finally, the Dow Jones has moved higher at the opening as well, trading in the zone of 13878.71, presently +0.39% after an ascent of +53.38 points.

Sectors are all green at the opening, however the Energy and Technology sectors have distinguished themselves as the winners thus far, jumping +0.84% and +0.97% respectively. In other news, the price of crude has settled above USD $96.31 Friday.
