Feb 6 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley on Friday sold
$3.0 billion in three-year FDIC-guaranteed global notes under
the Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program, said IFR, a Thomson
Reuters service.
Morgan Stanley was the sole bookrunning manager for the
sale.
