FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - German PMI Manufacturing decreased to 45.0 points in June, from 45.2 points in May, according to data released today by Markit. The result is above market consensus of 44.7 points.

According to the official publication: “A fall in production levels contributed to a third successive monthly decline in employment numbers across the German manufacturing sector in June. Although the pace of job shedding was only marginal and far slower than in 2008/09, it was nonetheless the most marked drop in staffing levels since February 2010.”
