FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - According to the Labor Department, the americans that filed in their first initial claims for regular state unemployment-insurance benefits rose by 4K last week to a seasonally adjusted 367K in the week ended September 29, below expectations at 370K and coming from 363K (revised) in the previous print.
Continuing claims, which reflect people already receiving benefits, came in flat at a seasonally adjusted 3.281 million in the week ended September 22 vs. 3.281 million in the previous week (revised).
