FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - According to the Labor Department, the Americans that filed in their first initial claims for regular state unemployment-insurance benefits fell by 3K last week to a seasonally adjusted 382K in the week ended September 15, below expectations at 375K and coming from 385K (revised) in the previous print.
Continuing claims, which reflect people already receiving benefits, fell by 32K to a seasonally adjusted 3.272 million in the week ended September 8 vs. 3.304 million in the previous week (revised).
