FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Apart from Mainland China's Shanghai Composite, down by -0.63% despite the third consecutive HSBC PMI (flash) increase (to 50.4) and first above-50 reading in 13 months, Asian bourses closed higher on Thursday. Japan's Nikkei Stock Average gained +1.56%, Hong Kong's Hang Seng rose +0.72%, South Korea's Kospi jumped +0.82% and Australia's S&P/ASX 200 rallied +1.00%.

The trading day will be marked by the rebounding China manufacturing, the European Council Meeting and closed US markets on Thanksgiving Day. Futures for the German DAX 30 and the French CAC 40 are signaling a higher opening by +0.45% ahead of Markit manufacturing PMI (flash).
