FXstreet.com (San Francisco) - U.S. stocks managed to end August with another month of solid gains, as investors anticipate another round of easing by the Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank to address its debt crisis. The Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 90.13 points, or 0.7% to 13,090.84, recording a 0.6% gain in August. The S&P 500 index added 7.10 points, or 0.5%, to 1,406.58, gaining 2% in August. The Nasdaq Composite jumped 18.25 points, or 0.6% to 3,066.96, finishing up 4.3% for the month.
