Forex: Dollar opens down across the board

FXstreet.com (Buenos Aires) – After past Friday late sudden recovery of U.S. stocks and gold price, dollar fell against most rivals, and started Asian session in the same tone. Greenback is down against Euro that quotes above 1.5000, while Pound also gapped to the upside and struggles to stay above 1.6500. American futures are also up, supporting roses in local share markets.
Japanese yen is losing some ground against major rivals after reaching multi years high against dollar and several weeks’ highs against Euro and Gbp. GBP/JPY quotes at 142.87, while EUR/JPY is around 129.84. USD/JPY rose to test in early interbank trading, yet failed to break above 87.10, giving up ground and quoting at 86.65.
