FXstreet.com (Córdoba) – The rally against the Dollar across the board eased in the last hours, but is still under pressure. EUR/USD is holding below 1.4800 but close to it. Current price at 1.4790/93 is 0.75% above today’s opening price. In case of further appreciation resistance lies at 1.4822 (intra-day high) and above at 1.4866 (September 2008 highs).
The Dow Jones is rising 0.45% and the Nasdaq is up 0.35%. Gold and crude-oil are also on the positive side rising 1.05% and 2.30% respectively. Earlier in the day, the Treasury Department sold a record $42 billion in 2-year notes.
