FXstreet.com (Córdoba) - As market sentiment improves into the European close, the euro extends its bounce against the dollar, having risen over half a cent from daily lows while stocks turned positive in Wall Street.
EUR/USD found an interim bottom at 1.2326 touched at the beginning of the New York trade and has clawed back, reaching a session high of 1.2375 where the 20-hour SMA offered resistance. At time of writing, EUR/USD is quoting at the 1.2365 area, still 0.3% below its opening price.
In terms of technical levels, above 1.2375, next resistances could be found at 1.2400 and 1.2442, while on the downside, supports are seen at 1.2340, 1.2325 and 1.2300.
