FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - According to the Labor Department, the americans that filed in their first initial claims for regular state unemployment-insurance benefits fell by 12K last week to a seasonally adjusted 377K in the week ended June 2, in line with expectations and coming from 389K (revised) in the previous print.

Continuing claims, which reflect people already receiving benefits, rose by 34K to 3.293 million in the week ended May 26 vs. 3.259 million in the previous week (revised).
