FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - The monthly change of Pending Home Sales in the US surprised the consensus estimate by jumping 5.2% in October, beating the 0.8% rise expected and increasing the previous pace of 0.4% (revised from 0.3%). The annualized data eased from 14.5% to 13.2%.
