FXstreet.com (Córdoba) - The Loonie failed to sustain gains versus the greenback as risk appetite ebbed during the New York session. USD/CAD lacked bearish momentum to decisively break below the 0.9730 zone and bounced, trimming intraday losses.
At time of writing, USD/CAD is hovering at the 0.9750/60 zone, still slightly below its opening price. The USD/CAD is on track to close the week with a net gain after 3 consecutive losses, having recovered from a 13-month low of 0.9632 scored last Friday.
As for technical levels, immediate resistances are seen at 0.9775, 0.9800 and 0.9815, while supports could be found at 0.9730, 0.9700 and 0.9660.
