Cable is at 1.6665. EUR/USD 1.4885, AUD/USD .9225 and USD/JPY 90.00. Interbank markets have settled down after the very-early moves. Dealers expect a volatile day with some big levels (like 1.6740 in cable) now coming into view. There is some talk of Sovereign selling at 1.4915 in the EUR/USD (probably China) but I also heard on Friday that some big hedge fund players had stop-loss buy orders stacked from 1.4915 through 50. It looks like it might be an interesting day.
