CAIRO, Sept 15 (Reuters) - The International Monetary Fund will offer financial support when necessary "after the combination of the different crises", managing director Dominique Strauss-Kahn said on Monday.
"We are ready to provide financial support when needed," he told a news conference in Cairo, without giving further details.
