LONDON, Sept 16 (Reuters) - Platinum prices fell more than 5 percent on Tuesday to $1,099 an ounce on growing worries about falling demand from auto makers, traders said.
Spot platinum was at $1,099/1,129 an ounce at 1019 GMT compared with $1,164.50 an ounce at the close on Monday.
