How has the interplay of credit and economics set the tone for risk and reward in the current economy? Credit cycles reflect the traditional pattern of innovation, excess and correction.
In our recent history we have seen such a credit/economic cycle, based upon product innovation, with high yield bonds during the 1988-1992 period.
