Danmarks Nationalbank (DN) has lowered the lending rate and the rate of interest on certificates by 50bp to 3.75% with immediate effect. The discount rate and the current account rate remain unchanged at 3.50%. The policy spread between Denmark and Euroland, which widened from 35bp to 175bp in October when the DKK came under pressure, is thereby down to 125bp.
