Denmark's prime minister, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, has indicated that there could soon be a referendum on Denmark's adoption of the euro if there is a broad political majority in favour. However, this is just one of a number of conditions that will have to be met before a referendum becomes reality. Therefore, in our view, a referendum is not just around the corner.
