The famous black swan showed up overnight when the Czech koruna strengthened significantly in Asian trading. Hence, at some point late last night (European time) the EUR/CZK hit 23 more than 8% stronger than Fridays European close. Note that this was not some kind of system mistake actual trading was going on at these levels overnight and in the early morning. This morning EUR/CZK is trading at around 24.7-24.8.
