Hello emiliolopez,
we reviewed your activities and we can say that the error you encountered is not a bug. It's just a security related measure because you tried to run JST from a different trading account in less than 24 hours since the time when you changed your trading account last time.
As a part of the security protection implemented in the JST software, the access code (your username and password) used in JST is bound to the trading account and IP address. What does it mean is that you can't use the same JST's access code on more than a single trading account, or from more than a single computer, at the same time or in specified period of time after.
Now, because you might not have the static (unchanging) IP address (thus every time you connect to the Internet your IP address may be different) a different IP address used with the same access code is automatically accepted as often as once in 4 hours. Likewise, you may decide to switch JST to a different trading account, therefore a different trading account number is automatically accepted as often as once in 24 hours. All attempts to use JST from a different IP address and/or a different trading account in less than the stated periods are denied.
These are built-in security measures and it’s basically the only way how to prevent people from buying a single license (or obtaining a single trial license) and then sharing the software among them. You can find more details about this on page 34 of the JST Manual.
If you had a paid license and your needs would exceed these rules, the solution would be to obtain second (and third etc.) JST license(s) with the special discount price lowered by 80% (for example, 1 month for every additional license would be only €13.8).
In your particular case, the last allowed change of your trading account happened at 2009/10/22 10:39:52 (GMT-4). That time you launched JST from a different account number than you were using before but since this change happened in more than 24 hours since the previous change, it was allowed and your JST access code was bound to this new trading account.
But then you once again tried to run JST from another different account number at 2009/10/22 10:46:39 (GMT-4) which was in less than 24 hours since the previous change thus the access from that new trading account was denied. Now you can either keep using the trading account your access code is currently bound to (the one you used at 2009/10/22 10:39:52) or you need to wait until 2009/10/23 10:39:52 (GMT-4) (which is basically less than 1 hour from now) since when you can again change the trading account.
In different words - anytime you run JST from a different trading account you can't run it from another different trading account again in less than at least 24 hours. Likewise, anytime you run JST from a different IP address you can't run it from another different IP address in less than at least 4 hours.
