The Thought Demons of Traders Once you understand the process of thought choice, thought energizing, and the impact both have, it becomes easier to identify the thought choices, both positive and negative, that you make in your own life.
The business of trading can be fertile ground for negative thought choices. If we let them, these negative thought choices can become our demons and sap our positive mental energy. By identifying and understanding the realities of these thought demons, a trader is better able to redirect energy away from them and diffuse their power. Here are examples of common thought demon choices that traders make:
