Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT) has surged post-EPS this morning, to challenge multi-week resistance at 58.80-59.50, which if hurdled and sustained, will trigger upside potential to 62.00-63.00.

At this juncture, a failure to "break out," followed by a decline that breaks 57.70 will compromise the upside potential implied by the developing base formation.
