Liquidity remains relative low this makes movements a bit exaggerated. And of course, the tension towards the Fed decision is huge. We tried to understand what's priced in and what isn't. The yen and the euro still enjoy safe haven flows and the pound is looking for a direction. Inflation figures in the UK should provide some guidance. The Canadian dollar keeps moving with oil but the central bank could weigh in as well. The kiwi stands out by making new highs and is now tested by milk prices. US core CPI is the last important US release ahead of tomorrow's big day. We also discussed the theory of a hike crashing stock markets, especially with many options due to expire.
